Barry is an expert in strategy and IT with a 35+ year career working in the consulting industry with American Management Systems and then Planning Analysis Corporation, where he was the CEO until selling his stake before founding FCI. He has worked with clients of all types including large government agencies, for-profits, non-profits, andchurches.

Danny Finkelstein

Danny leads our HR practice, and also pitches in on strategy, IT, and general project management. With over a decade of consulting experience between ORC Worldwide, Mercer, and now FCI, Danny has partnered with all types of organizations, but has developed a particular expertise in helping non-profits tackle HR and compensation issues.

Doug Stevens

Doug is our resident financial management guru, with a career that includes Partnerships at both Deloitte and Grant Thornton as well as Chief Financial Officer roles at two large global NGOs.  Between his accounting firm and in-house financial leadership experience, there aren’t many financial issues he hasn’t seen and solved.

Rebecca brings a compelling combination of public accounting experience as a “Big 4” auditor and large non-profit experience as a controller and senior accountant. A CPA with a master’s in accounting, she’s tackled selection/implementation of accounting systems, budget development, accounting department process improvement / reorganization, and grant / contract compliance, among many other complex financial management issues.
